About The Position

Trex is seeking a seasoned Senior IT M&A Integration Program Manager to establish and lead the enterprise IT capability supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic business integrations. This role is responsible for developing and owning the Trex IT M&A Playbook and leading the planning, governance, and execution of all technology integration activities across the entire M&A lifecycle. The successful candidate will serve as the enterprise integration leader for IT, partnering with business and technology leaders to ensure acquisitions are integrated efficiently, consistently, and with minimal business disruption. This is not a traditional project management role. It is an enterprise integration leadership position requiring the ability to orchestrate dozens of concurrent workstreams spanning business processes, technology platforms, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, data, analytics, and organizational change. The Senior IT M&A Integration Program Manager leads through influence rather than direct authority, ensuring alignment across IT and business functions while maintaining disciplined governance, proactive risk management, and predictable execution. The ideal candidate has personally led multiple enterprise technology integrations supporting acquisitions valued between $50 million and $200 million+ , preferably within manufacturing, industrial, building products, or distribution organizations.

Requirements

  • Ability to orchestrate dozens of concurrent workstreams spanning business processes, technology platforms, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, data, analytics, and organizational change.

  • Ensuring alignment across IT and business functions.
  • Maintaining disciplined governance, proactive risk management, and predictable execution.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated technology master plan covering every phase of execution.
  • Coordinate planning across internal technology teams, business functions, implementation partners, and vendors.
  • Facilitate executive planning workshops and readiness reviews.
  • Ensure technology readiness for transaction close while maintaining uninterrupted business operations.
  • Drive executive readiness reviews and ensure all critical business capabilities are operational on Day 1.
  • Lead execution across all technology workstreams, including: Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms, Cybersecurity, Networks, Identity & Access Management, ERP Platforms, CRM Platforms, Manufacturing Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Systems, Engineering Platforms, Enterprise Applications, Software Engineering, Product Management, Data & Master Data Management, Data Migration, Analytics & Business Intelligence, API Integration, Middleware, EDI, Vendor & Software Asset Management.
  • Coordinate interdependencies across workstreams while proactively identifying and resolving integration risks.
  • Provide enterprise-level program leadership.
  • Manage integrated project schedules.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees.
  • Manage RAID logs, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and executive dashboards.
  • Escalate issues and drive timely decisions.
  • Coordinate multiple acquisitions simultaneously when required.
  • Ensure business integration activities remain aligned with technology execution.
  • Serve as the central technology integration leader for each transaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Hold technology workstream leaders accountable for commitments.
  • Facilitate executive decision-making.
  • Challenge assumptions and identify integration risks early.
  • Build alignment across business and technology organizations.
  • Maintain transparency through disciplined governance and executive communication.
