About The Position

The IT Capacity Planning team collaborates with engineering, infrastructure, finance, PMO, and other partners to develop data-driven analytic dashboards. These dashboards provide clear and actionable visibility into current resource utilization, future demand, and capacity risk, enabling prioritization and proactive decision-making. As a Senior IT Analyst, this role involves partnering with key stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, then designing and developing data models and Power BI visualizations to reveal actionable insights. The position is responsible for translating user requirements into interactive dashboards and reports that drive informed business decisions based on available data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in fields related to data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, or business analysis with Power BI
• 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement processes
• 2+ years of experience with SharePoint

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DAX, data modeling, dashboard publishing, and data transformation
• API integration from various data sources
• Prior experience with Power Automate
• Experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction languages

Responsibilities

• Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations
• Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews
• Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, using various methods such as presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories
• Applies problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolves conflicts, and proposes solutions
• Demonstrates strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate trends
• Maintains a deep understanding of the application domain, including the business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points
• Implements continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
