About The Position

As an SAP Order Management Consultant specializing in S/4 HANA, you will be responsible for providing expertise in configuring, implementing, and optimizing the Order Management module within SAP S/4 HANA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP ecosystem. Your role will involve configuring and customizing SAP systems, conducting workshops, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. You will report to our Sr IT Director and work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid basis. Note: for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F. Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their order management processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Solution Design: Design SAP S/4 HANA solutions for order management processes, considering industry best practices and business needs.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP Order Management module according to business requirements, including pricing, availability, order types, delivery, and billing.
  • Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Order Management and other SAP modules (such as Sales, Logistics, Finance) and external systems.
  • Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements and perform as expected.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on new processes and functionalities. Create documentation including user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Order Management solutions, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within SAP Order Management, leveraging new features and functionalities of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
