Sr ISC Project Management Manager
About The Position
Leads and manages projects within the Integrated Supply Chain organization, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. Defines project scope, objectives, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Coordinates and communicates with project team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Conducts regular project status meetings and provides updates on project milestones, risks, and issues. Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize project processes and implement best practices. Analyzes supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities for informed decision-making. Develops and maintains project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Applies knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment. Solves complex problems related to supply chain management using advanced project management methodologies and tools. Leads end-to-end projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain project management with a consistent record of leading and delivering complex projects.
- Expert knowledge of supply chain processes spanning procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
- Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Experience analyzing supply chain data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Experience defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for project alignment.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools with a focus on continual improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to solve complex problems related to supply chain management.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
