About The Position

As a Sr ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead and manage production operations within the integrated supply chain. You will oversee production teams, coordinate schedules, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to meet quality and productivity targets. The role is based onsite in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and reports directly to Site Leadership. You will help improve production-line efficiency and output quality, supporting supply-chain performance and business growth. The role involves supervising day-to-day production, developing employees, using performance metrics to address deficiencies and improve efficiency, and ensuring that production meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to maintain an effective production flow. This position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance under 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM). Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible for clearance processing for this role.

Requirements

Experience in production supervision within integrated supply chain environments, including managing teams and production schedules.
Ability to analyze performance data to drive process improvements.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control standards.
Knowledge of RF electrical testing theory, processes, and equipment, with experience testing and troubleshooting aerospace microelectronics and circuit cards.
Proficiency with ERP systems and production management software to monitor and optimize production workflows.
Ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production test environment, with a track record of driving team performance and operational excellence.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with safety and regulatory compliance in production settings.
Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
