About The Position

The Sr. Invoicing Professional supports multiple lines of business within ManpowerGroup North America by providing daily assistance to Invoice Professionals (iPro’s) and Management. This role involves conducting new hire and ongoing training, optimizing iPro productivity through best practices, identifying and implementing process improvements, and serving as a central point for invoicing and collection issues. The Sr. Invoice Professional is expected to exercise independent judgment and apply professional expertise in billing operations and back-office functions to drive operational and strategic enhancements. Additionally, this role leads back-office projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

  • BS/BS in business related discipline
  • 3-5 years of related experience in account management, client support, accounting/finance, billing/invoicing
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong & demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft & front office programs (FOX/CAF/Bullhorn)
  • Innovative & forward-thinking with the ability to be operational and strategic.

Nice To Haves

  • BS/BS in accounting or finance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates leadership by sharing best practices, improving iPro productivity, and resolving front-line issues/escalations.
  • Resolves daily escalations or problems and presents strategic resolution ideas to Management for general themes.
  • Acts as the first point of escalation for Invoice Professional day-to-day operations and helps determine optimal innovative workforce solutions.
  • Assists Management with ad-hoc reporting and weekly Invoice Professional metrics.
  • Facilitate ongoing Invoice Professional training.
  • Optimize Invoice Professional productivity by sharing best practices across desks.
  • Determine and help implement process improvements.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day issues and escalations and making independent decisions to resolve.
  • Help oversee daily billing and collecting operations.
  • Ad-hoc reporting and weekly metrics.
  • Work with Order and Client Management teams to implement optimal client back-office solutions.
