About The Position

As a Senior Inventory Planner here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain operations and meet customer demand effectively. You will work out of our Houston, TX location. In this role, you will impact inventory accuracy, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory, thereby improving customer satisfaction and reducing carrying costs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand data and optimize inventory levels.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams to drive inventory performance improvements.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory optimization strategies and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to stay updated with industry trends.
• Experience in coaching or mentoring team members is a plus.

Responsibilities
