About The Position

Manages and monitors performance of regional multi-site Logistics Centers Inventory Control (IC) teams in support of company goals for inventory accuracy and shrink. Manages customer service relationship of the regional LC(s) through collaboration with LC Management, Corp IC, Loss Prevention and Freight Carriers to research and resolve customer and vendor issues. Implements and maintains policies and procedures to enhance productivity, efficiency, safety and quality of work of regional IC team(s). Supports and manages execution of all policies and procedures related to product flow and inventory accuracy within the regional Logistic Center(s). Provides oversight, training and development of regional Logistic Center(s) IC Managers and IC staff.

Requirements

• 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience
• 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Meets attendance and punctuality standards

Nice To Haves

• CPIM - Certified Production and Inventory Management preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs the planning, execution and oversight of cycle counts, physical inventory counts
• Research of inventory discrepancies and develop risk management programs for compliance
• Directs Day to Day oversight of regional multi-site Inventory Control team(s)
• Manage customer service relationship of the regional LC(s) to implement inventory mitigation policies/practices
• Collaborate with LC Management on process improvement and policy/procedure enhancements
• Report creation and validation of inventory management accuracy/quality
• Manages administrative aspects of multi-site LC teams
• Additional duties as assigned
