Requirements

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
2+ years’ experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, logistics, military, or related environment

Responsibilities

Maintaining the operation at peak efficiency through standard routines and your learned insight.
Respond swiftly and effectively to systems, logic, or physical issues that hold up throughput.
Support First Expirations/First Out product management by close monitoring of the system's performance.
Manage product quarantine or inspections required by the factory.
Work directly with Team Leaders, Warehouse administration, and communicate with other ASRS Specialists, Warehouse Technicians, Production Personnel, Operations Planning Management, and QA. Additionally, you will be part of a network of peers at other factories and Headquarters support staff.
Lead or participate in shift handover meetings and other continuous improvement activities, effectively applying the lean methodologies appropriate to eliminate waste and deliver results.
Collaborate with teams across multiple departments for continuous improvement efforts.
