About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Inventory Control Analyst to support global service operations by planning, monitoring, and optimizing service‑parts inventory required to maintain Christie’s install base of repairable systems. In this role, you will analyze service inventory usage, identify aged and excess materials, and develop data driven recommendations for appropriate inventory levels, while ensuring service commitments and customer expectations are met. You work independently with minimal daily direction and partner closely with global service, repair, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in service inventory control, service parts planning, or aftermarket operations
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Hands‑on experience with JD Edwards and/or Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to support global service operations across time zones

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, data analytics in Power BI, and use of AI
  • In-depth understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Analyze service‑parts usage, repair activity, and inventory movement to support planning decisions.
  • Review aged and slow‑moving service inventory and prepare recommendations for scrap or disposition.
  • Support inventory disposition activities for end‑of‑life products and service parts.
  • Monitor and reconcile service inventory transactions including repairs and scrap.
  • Participate in cycle counts, variance analysis, and corrective‑action activities.
  • Review Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and assess impact to service inventory requirements.
  • Prepare inventory aging, turns, and exposure reports for Service Operations leadership.
  • Coordinate with global service locations and depots, including cross‑time‑zone support.
  • Support audit, month‑end, and quarter‑end inventory review activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Service Operations management.
