  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, compelling, and manufacturable design solutions
  • Experience collaborating with global engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Clear, confident communication skills—able to articulate design intent and influence decisions

  • Develop and visualize compelling product concepts through sketching, CAD, and high-quality 2D/3D renderings
  • Translate user needs, brand values, and technical constraints into thoughtful, differentiated design solutions
  • Conduct design research including trend analysis, CMF exploration, ergonomic studies, and usability evaluation
  • Build and iterate physical prototypes to validate form, comfort, and usability
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, product management, marketing, and manufacturing partners to ensure design intent is preserved through development and mass production
  • Own design documentation including CAD files, CMF specs, product labeling guidance, and design rationale
  • Advocate for the user’s point of view in cross-functional discussions, connecting insights to design and business goals
  • Present design concepts and recommendations clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the evolution of HyperX’s industrial design language and product experience standards
