May be performed from any State in the US. The Senior Implementation Manager is an educator with deep expertise in teaching, learning, and school ecosystems. The primary role of the Senior Implementation Manager is to support customers in achieving successful program adoption and strengthening teaching and learning outcomes. They engage across the system from district leadership to the classroom to understand needs, align priorities, and guide execution. In partnership with the customer, they develop and manage implementation plans that align product and service goals to measurable student outcomes. A Senior Implementation Manager will work in partnership with Sales in the renewal and expansion opportunities across the portfolio. This team member is a program content expert responsible for delivering revenue-generating service events. They lead professional learning sessions in the accounts they manage to foster deeper relationships and to drive better outcomes for teachers and students. The Senior Implementation Manager is a strategic partner and an HMH/NWEA/Heinemann/Center for Model Schools Ambassador. Working in Professional Learning, the Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for the following primary duties: Account Management and Implementation Planning Responsible for accounts averaging $2-5M of services business; $35-60M of product business including multi-year core adoptions; subscription coaching business; subscription supplemental and intervention business Works directly with up to 100 accounts Mains customer communication and outreach, including conversations about planning, usage goals/outcomes. Creates, executes, and manages the Professional Learning Implementation Planning process Ensures systems of record are up to date and closely monitored Communicates consistently with all key internal stakeholders, inclusive of Instructional Coaches delivering professional learning services in their aligned accounts Monitors account analytics Partnership with Sales Works in partnership with account-aligned Account Executives to communicate account progress and potential needs Exhibits flexibility when communicating and adjusting plans based on customer response and feedback Drives solutions needed for customer renewal and/or expansion Training and Coaching: Brings content to life and facilitates meaningful learning experiences Dynamic Facilitation: Online and In-person Responsible for the delivery of direct, revenue generated service events (Average of 32 hours/month and a minimum of 288 hours/year) Works to maintain an individual and account standard of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) of 90% or higher and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher for session facilitation and coaching Provides focused, meaningful, and relevant professional learning and coaching experiences Plans and prepares with a flexible and engaging approach to adult teaching and learning Demonstrates digital fluency with a variety of tools to drive engagement, collaboration, and learning Amplifies and elevates diverse teacher and leader voices Demonstrates versatility to be responsive to teacher and district needs Personifies HMH values through actions and intentional language Student-Centered Coaching Leads solution-centered conversations with educators focused on student growth Uses a variety of coaching practices to further leader and teacher-selected goals Recommends integrated HMH resources to support instruction when appropriate Uses assessment and report data to individualize and differentiate support Account Preparation and Support: Accepts assignments, prepares for delivery within their content expertise, and communicates effectively to our customers and to HMH staff (in writing, through conversations, use of Salesforce, and Box) Uses Salesforce to review account and session information to understand the learning needs of the teacher(s) or leaders that will participate Communicates with the customer and/or internal Professional Learning staff to ensure support is aligned to the district/school needs and goals are consistent Reviews and contributes to account notes as appropriate to ensure a continuity of service is possible for the life of the account Monitors and contributes to account data as necessary according to the implementation plan Accepts assignments within 24 hours of requests Mains an up-to-date calendar to allow for staffing/scheduling of events Growth and Development: United in a shared commitment and focus on Inquiry, Curiosity, and Transparency Educational and Program Expertise Invests in learning for self and others Completes internal program and delivery readiness trainings & certifications Supports the improvement of teaching and learning through a SEL and equity lens Develops a deep understanding of HMH programs, assessments and services, beyond certification coursework, to serve as experts on program(s), pedagogy, instructional practices, and implementation Understands evidence-based practices to support instruction, assessment, and professional learning Monitors and stays informed of current trends and shifts in the educational landscape, research, and digital learning best practices.
