About The Position

Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a SR IAM Security Professional for its Johnston, Rhode Island location. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ systems, and meet policy and integration requirements. The professional will conduct detailed analyses of current systems, data, and workflows to identify gaps and areas for improvement, and analyze business processes for opportunities in automation. A key responsibility is to proactively identify and record risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions. The role also includes building and maintaining reporting, visualization, and dashboards to deliver strategic insights, track performance, and support business decision-making. The professional will own the end-to-end data experience, including querying, deep analysis, and visualization to present strategic insights and evaluate the technical compatibility of new systems.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Information Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst or a related position. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in the specified fields and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience.
At least 3 years of experience with collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, scope, and create objectives to derive insights using ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
At least 3 years of experience assessing the feasibility of proposed technical changes by evaluating compatibility of new systems, and the impacts of process changes on existing workflows, systems, and stakeholders using techniques, including SWOT Analysis, market research, decision trees.
At least 3 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, document functional requirements, and identify areas for improvement using tools, including SharePoint, Confluence.
At least 3 years of experience implementing transformational projects, including ServiceNow and Oracle Cloud ERP migrations, and OneStream financial planning.
At least 3 years of experience creating flowcharts, swim lane diagrams, and Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN) models of business processes using Microsoft Visio.
At least 3 years of experience creating prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visually represent proposed solutions using Balsamiq and Microsoft PowerPoint.
At least 3 years of experience identifying applications to integrate with target systems, including ServiceNow, SailPoint IIQ, and Oracle Cloud ERP, defining the type of integration, mapping rules and transformation logic for data migration, and processing data feeds from source to target system.
At least 3 years of experience creating conceptual and logical diagrams, including entity relation diagrams, for building data models, defining data attributes, and performing data validation using SQL operations, including Data Definition Language and Data Manipulation Language commands.
At least 3 years of experience gathering data from sources, including Oracle HCM Data Warehouse, ServiceNow, SailPoint, Application System Registry, and ensuring data integrity by validating data accuracy and developing insightful reports using MySQL and Microsoft Excel.
At least 3 years of experience transferring data files between systems via SFTP and migrating data from sFTP server to ServiceNow in the form of subsets for functional, regression, and system testing.
At least 3 years of experience monitoring and measuring progress of business cases by tracking key performance indicators, identifying areas of modifications using statistical techniques, including bar graphs, heat maps, and pie charts, and creating interactive dashboards with tools, including ServiceNow, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, ensure effective utilization of ServiceNow and SailPoint IIQ systems, and meet policy and integration requirements.
Conduct detailed analyses of current systems (including MyAccessRequest and SailPoint IIQ), data, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Proactively identify and record risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions in accordance with policy and process standards.
Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, visualization, and dashboards to deliver strategies and business insights to track performance, identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency, and support business decision making.
Own end-to-end data experience, including querying, deep analysis, and visualization to communicate and present strategic insights by evaluating technical compatibility of new systems.
