Requirements

5+ years of HVAC service experience
Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components
Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and refrigeration issues on commercial HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, including filter changes, coil cleaning, lubrication, belt replacement, and refrigerant checks.
Work with DDC and BAS systems (e.g., Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell) to adjust setpoints, troubleshoot alarms, and verify control sequences.
Assist with mentoring, training, and teaching the next generation of R. Brooks service technicians.
