The Sr. Human Resources Manager is a key member of the Sr. Leadership team and serves as a trusted advisor to the executive staff, and all levels of management. This position will create and drive HR strategies and processes that align with business plans and strategic objectives. This position is responsible for a wide range of functions including but not limited to HR strategy, organization design & effectiveness, talent management/employee development, cultural transformation, employee engagement, Benefits, retirement welfare, payroll & HR Information Systems, compliance, policies, compensation, leave management, employee relations, succession planning & workers compensation. This role has multi-site responsibility for locations in Texas & Kentucky. This is an exempt level role and an onsite position that is based in Flower Mound, TX, reporting to the Sr. VP.
