The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, helping drive organizational success through employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role plays a key part in fostering a positive, high-performing culture while supporting leaders and employees across the organization. The Sr. HRBP will lead employee relations efforts, partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness initiatives, support recruiting and retention strategies, and provide guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and performance management. This position works closely with leadership and Safety to align people strategies with business objectives.
