Bloom Energy is seeking a strategic, results-driven Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing both strategic and operational support across employee relations, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will operate at a leadership level and serve as a fully integrated member of the management team. This person must balance employee advocacy with business leadership while driving initiatives that support the overall HR strategy, the company’s strategic priorities, and Bloom Energy’s culture and core values. This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
