About The Position

We’re seeking an HRIS Solutions Architect to own the design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Time Management. This role blends architecture and hands-on development, with a strong focus on building and optimizing integrations across systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Reporting Infrastructure). The ideal candidate will architect end-to-end HRIS solutions that translate complex business needs into scalable system designs, and design and build integrations with system APIs across systems (e.g., Workday, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs). This role will also lead the configuration of end-to-end HRIS features and user workflows to support evolving business needs, and own HRIS security and data architecture, ensuring strong governance, data integrity, and audit readiness. The architect will partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, Software Engineering and People Managers to guide technical decisions and deliver a world class HRIS platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Workday experience with deep expertise in HCM architecture and solution design (HCM, Payroll, Time, Absence, etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience with cross-system integrations (e.g., System APIs, Workday Studio, etc).
  • Expertise in Workday configuration, including Business Process Framework, security, and advanced reporting
  • Proven ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex integrations and end-to-end data flows
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems.
