About The Position

CoxHealth is seeking a Sr. HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary resource for Human Resources in supporting CoxHealth HRIS systems. This role acts as the primary liaison between the IS and HR departments, as well as other departments and vendors. The analyst will work with business areas and project teams to assess needs for various business functions, translate business functional requirements into technical specifications, and recommend appropriate scope of requirements. This role functions as the lead HRIS Analyst, requiring in-depth knowledge of all HRIS systems, interdependencies, and interfaces. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will lead core HRIS system upgrades and be an important resource for HRIS on complex technical issues.

Requirements

Bachelors in a Related Field
1-2 Years Related Experience
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of current information technology and an ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.
