Requirements

Bachelors in a Related Field
1-2 Years Related Experience
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Knowledge of current information technology and an ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs; high level proficiency in Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management.
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, organization, prioritizing, decision-making, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

Act as primary resource for Human Resources in supporting CoxHealth HRIS systems.
Serve as the primary liaison between the IS and HR departments, as well as other departments and vendors.
Work with the business area and/or project teams to assess needs for various business functions.
Translate business functional requirements into technical specifications.
Recommend appropriate scope of requirements.
Lead core HRIS system upgrades.
Serve as an important resource for HRIS on complex technical issues.
