About The Position
A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior HR Manager for one of their plants located just south of Sacramento, CA. This role is strategic and hands-on, providing the full range of HR support to the manufacturing plant. The Senior HR Manager will work closely with the plant leadership team and will coach and mentor a small HR team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
- Provide the full range of HR support to one of the company’s manufacturing plants
- Work closely with the plant leadership team
- Coach/mentor a small HR team
