We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Sr. HR Generalist with focus in Leave Administration & Employee Relations to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring an exceptional employee experience by expertly managing and administering leave, return-to-work, worker’s compensation, and ADA programs with compassion and compliance. Simultaneously, you will build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, providing guidance on company policies, employment law, and conflict resolution, all while championing a diverse and inclusive multicultural work environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, providing expert consultation and support on a wide range of HR matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and fostering a positive work environment.
