The Human Resources Generalist manages day‑to‑day HR operations and provides a broad range of complex professional and administrative human resources support across all levels of the organization. This role ensures the effective and consistent administration of human resources policies, procedures, and records while serving as a key resource to leaders and employees. The position performs high‑level work across multiple core HR functions, including Employee Relations, policy interpretation and guidance, workplace investigations, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-year Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications preferred.
