The Human Resources Generalist manages day‑to‑day HR operations and provides a broad range of complex professional and administrative human resources support across all levels of the organization. This role ensures the effective and consistent administration of human resources policies, procedures, and records while serving as a key resource to leaders and employees. The position performs high‑level work across multiple core HR functions, including Employee Relations, policy interpretation and guidance, workplace investigations, HR administration, and compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-year Human Resources experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications preferred.

  • A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $70,304.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis.
  • The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
