About The Position

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will develop, implement, and own HR and talent strategies that align with our corporate objectives. You will partner with and influence leaders to lead transformational initiatives in talent acquisition, talent management, employee experience, and organization development/effectiveness. You will report directly to our Sr. HR Director, for the East Region, and you will work out of our Atlanta, GA location in addition to supporting our Cartersville, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by shaping the future of its workforce and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity. Your strategic leadership role will ensure that Honeywell attracts and retains top talent, develops its employees, and enhances their engagement and well-being.
