About The Position

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our global Quality, Regulatory and Clinical organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to function leaders, helping shape organization design, talent strategy, leadership effectiveness, and change initiatives that enable business success. You will bring a strong business mindset, sound judgment, and the ability to translate people priorities into practical actions that strengthen team performance, engagement, and scalability. This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is energized by building the people foundations that help the organization grow and evolve. This is a hybrid role based in Northridge, California, with an onsite expectation of 3 days per week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
Or, an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

Work closely with leaders across R&D including Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Affairs and Medical Safey to drive HR initiatives that matter.
Support transformative programs in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, culture, performance management, and rewards.
Advise and coach managers, resolve daily HR queries, and prepare teams to deliver impact.
Foster a positive, inclusive workplace and help navigate organizational change.
Use HR analytics to spot trends, drive decisions, and communicate progress.
Embrace hands-on work and be ready to dive into both strategic and tactical HR tasks as we navigate this pivotal phase in our journey.
