About The Position

Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics. This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who are inventing the world's most advanced fulfillment network. The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. You will support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of HR experience
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills

  • Creative problem solving that works backwards from the end customer and the business client
  • Creating and driving effective career development, retention, and recognition programs
  • Developing and executing on a talent planning strategy
  • Developing a global strategy and working with international HR Business Partners to execute on that strategy
  • Interfacing at executive levels of the organization
