About The Position

We're looking for a Corporate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence organizational outcomes by designing and executing talent strategies, coaching leaders through complex people decisions, and building high-performing, inclusive teams. As an HRBP, you will partner directly with corp/tech leaders across one or more business units, translating business priorities into actionable HR plans. You'll operate with a high degree of autonomy—navigating ambiguity, influencing without authority, and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience
• Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
• Experience in problem solving and data analytics

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
• Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
• PHR, GPHR, or SPHR, or 1+ years of HR experience
• Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting
• Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and co-create people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to build a diverse, high-performing pipeline.
• Advise on organizational design, team structure, role clarity, and change management to support business scaling and transformation.
• Coach managers on performance differentiation, development planning, and navigating difficult conversations to raise the talent bar.
• Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives aligned with Leadership Principles.
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform headcount planning, attrition strategies, and resource allocation decisions.
• Act as a change agent, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the supported organization.
