About The Position

The Sr HCM & Reporting Coordinator supports the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, with a strong focus on reporting, and operational support. This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to censure accurate data, meaningful insights, and efficient system usage.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Workday HR experience (end-user experience) with a strong understanding of Workday reporting design, structure, functions, and processes
  • Strong foundational understanding of HR best practices and key concepts, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced HR professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex details effectively with individuals at all levels, including team members under your supervision
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • 3+ years of professional experience in the configuration of Workday with a strong understanding of Workday design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Workday reports, including custom, trending, composite, and matrix reports, to support HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence and more.
  • Execute day-to-day system foundational data setup, transactions and audits, including data updates, organizational changes, and corrections.
  • Support Workday Community engagement by researching solutions and leveraging shared best practices to resolve issues and inform enhancements.
  • Monitor and enforce usage of Workday Support Plan (WSP) including partnering with HR and IT to leverage Optimization Packages, Collaboration Crews and more.
  • Optimize report performance through efficient use of filters, prompts, and indexed fields.
  • Provide training, support, and change management for reporting tools and enhancements.
  • Advise users on report functionality, data interpretation, and self-service capabilities.
  • Deliver ad hoc reporting as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
