About The Position

Mosaic Consulting Group is seeking a remote Senior Functional Consultant to join their team. This role involves partnering with clients to consult and support them through the launch of their UKG Pro system and various post-live projects. The consultant will lead client implementations from discovery through go-live, ensuring the UKG Pro system is optimized and proactively addressing any obstacles. Mosaic Consulting Group is a UKG and SAP Technologies consulting firm recognized for its client service and team culture, with multiple awards and certifications.

Requirements

7+ years of HRIS consulting experience
Expert UKG Pro configuration and optimization skills
Ability to work fully remote
Ability to travel up to 40% as needed for client work

A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University

Responsibilities

Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG Pro system
Guide and manage a small team of consultants by providing shadowing opportunities where appropriate for peer growth, and assist in ramping up new team members to ensure they have the training needed to be self-sufficient
Lead, engage, and motivate your team to accomplish developmental and company goals
Draw on your industry and HRIS expertise to recommend and implement UKG Pro solutions
Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications
Document, analyze, test and modify UKG Pro system based on and related to client and system design specifications
