About The Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and execution of visual marketing assets across our organization. This role is responsible for maintaining and evolving our brand identity while creating compelling sales, marketing, digital, and print materials that support business growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across both print and digital media, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual communication principles
  • Experience designing for both print and digital channels
  • Experience preparing files for commercial printing and digital publishing
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Portfolio showcasing print, digital, branding, and marketing design projects required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HubSpot, including landing page creation, email design, campaign deployment, and marketing asset management
  • Experience designing and deploying email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of email marketing metrics, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis
  • Experience supporting website content and digital marketing initiatives
  • Photography, photo editing, and image asset management experience
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and lead-generation campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and sales materials, including flyers, brochures, one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral; billboards, banners, signage, event materials, promotional items, and company apparel; print advertisements and digital advertising campaigns; website graphics, landing pages, and branded visual assets; email marketing graphics and promotional campaigns.
  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages in HubSpot, including page layouts, imagery, calls-to-action, forms, and campaign assets.
  • Create compelling visual concepts that align with marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Support sales, marketing, and leadership teams with presentation design, campaign assets, and lead-generation materials.
  • Design and develop visual assets that support digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement.
  • Maintain and evolve company branding standards across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure all creative assets are accurate, on-brand, and optimized for their intended use.
  • Help strengthen brand consistency through thoughtful design and visual storytelling.
  • Organize and maintain the company image library, creative assets, and design files for efficient team access and use.
  • Collaborate with content creators, marketing team members, and leadership to develop engaging visual content and campaigns.
  • Prepare production-ready files for commercial printers, vendors, and digital distribution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prioritize competing requests while maintaining attention to detail and creative excellence.
