The Senior CX Designer owns the creative quality of every message we send — email, SMS, content cards and in-app — across the full customer journey. Loyalty comes before conversion here. A hunter who trusts what's inside our emails will convert. Your job is to earn that open and keep earning it. You'll work directly with our lifecycle marketing leader, who owns strategy and writes the briefs. You own the creative execution.
