REP is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing in-house creative team. This role will play a key part in shaping and elevating the visual execution of the global REP brand across digital, print, retail, and experiential touchpoints. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional marketing teams, this position is responsible for bringing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives to life through high-quality visual design. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with a deep understanding of brand consistency, marketing design systems, and multi-channel execution. This role requires a designer who can think strategically, execute efficiently, and maintain a high level of craft across a fast-paced e-commerce environment. In addition to hands-on design work, this role will help guide external freelance design support and contribute to maintaining scalable creative workflows and asset organization across the department.
