Lead the development and evaluation of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for advanced aerospace applications, including aircraft, spacecraft, missiles, and launch vehicles. Apply mathematical modeling, control theory, and algorithm development to achieve precise navigation and control performance, and own key analysis and design tasks. Work includes architecting and maintaining six-degree-of-freedom (6 DOF) simulations, defining performance metrics, designing and implementing solutions, and integrating hardware and software components to support system reliability and mission success. Mentor early-career engineers, provide technical direction on GNC approaches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration, test, and analysis activities. The role is a 12-month position based onsite in Chandler, Arizona, and requires U.S. citizenship and a current, active Secret security clearance. The position is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining required program access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company.
