About The Position

Be part of the acceleration of Philips Ultrasound, working in an agile, dynamic global team that partners closely with the regional teams to drive the in-market success of our solutions. As Senior Global Product Manager for Point of Care, General Imaging and Women’s Healthcare, you will execute our global marketing strategy for segments with strong growth potential. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant and immediate impact. Lead global product launches and drive adoption through strong go‑to‑market strategies, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, field enablement, and regional activation plans. Partner closely with regional and country teams to optimize pricing, margin strategy, channel effectiveness, and overall market execution. Collaborate with upstream product management, clinical, and research teams to ensure market success. Monitor customer feedback, field insights, and market trends to continuously refine the value proposition, product definition, and downstream execution. Work with global marketing communications to develop compelling commercial assets, sales tools, and promotional content for new product introductions and strategic initiatives. Act as a key liaison to global field organizations, ensuring they have the tools, training, and GTM guidance needed to win in their local markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or downstream field roles, ideally within ultrasound.
  • Strong go‑to‑market expertise.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience partnering with field teams to design and execute activation plans that translate strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally—upstream, downstream, and across regions—to drive alignment and successful product execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • Adaptable, open‑minded, and action‑oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities within business challenges and turn them into executable GTM plans that mobilize cross‑functional teams.

  • For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or master’s in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
  • Global market experience is strongly preferred.
