About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Audit Specialist for the Global Order Management team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for all internal audit activities across our global Order Management operations. You will collaborate closely with audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and remediate audit findings.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • College Degree in related field of study or equivalent years’ of experience
  • 5 years of experience auditing in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must have knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. SOX, ASC606, etc)
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Must work well autonomously with little supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with audit management software and ERP systems (e.g., AuditBoard, Oracle, SalesForce).
  • Experience with Excel and BI reports.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for monthly exception audits.
  • Manage the exception audit report on a weekly basis.
  • Pull booking packages required for audit, consult with order managers on missing items.
  • Report audit findings to management and remediate findings to satisfy audit requirements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between audit teams, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit deliverables, including reports, findings, and action plans.
  • Monitor audit progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of compliance and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Develop and implement audit process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on audit procedures and requirements.
  • Prepare and present audit status reports and findings to senior management and audit committees.
