About The Position

Qualis LLC is seeking a Senior GFM & Operations Planning Support Analyst for possible upcoming work in support of our government customer in Colorado Springs, CO. The selected candidate will provide high-level contractor advisory and analytical support across both Operations Support and Global Force Management (GFM) functions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in relevant subject matter.
• 15+ years of OSW staff, Joint Staff, Uniformed Service, CCMD and/or Service Field Command experience in policy formulation, operational planning, campaigning and orders development at the strategic and operational level with additional experiential base in force management processes at the Service and/or Joint Staff levels.
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Task Order Lead providing onsite supervision of employees, managing timekeeping, safety, security, and training requirememnts. When directed, coordinate travel approvals and expense reports with COR and corporate travel planners. Oversee the development, delivery, and storage of monthly CDRL’s to include Monthly Status Reports (CPMSR), Trip Reports, and Manpower Reporting.
• Lead operational planning and support including mission analysis, COA development, wargaming, and plan refinement in accordance with JP 5-0, CJCSI 3141.01F, and CJCSM 3130.03.
• Coordinate with Joint Staff, USSPACECOM, CCMD’s, USSF, Component Field Commands, and HAF on GFM and CFC operational planning equities.
• Provide senior-level analysis for OPORD’s, FRAGORD’s, WARNORD’s, and DEPORD’s and support the HQ CFC orders development and publication process, and historical repository.
• Support S4S steady-state campaigning and OAI execution updates via C2IE.
• Lead contractor support to GFM processes including force assignment, apportionment, allocation, and Directed Readiness Table (DRT) development and staffing.
• Develop risk-based sourcing options in accordance with SPFI 10-401 balancing Joint Force requirements with risk to Space Forces, readiness, and force presentation.
• Prepare contractor inputs for Joint Staff GFM Conferences and GFMB’s, including sourcing options, readiness impacts, and risk informed Service assessments (risk-to-force/mission).
• Support battle rhythm events, senior leader updates, and cross-directorate coordination.
• Mentor mid-level contractor staff in both GFM and operations planning functions.
