The Global Engineering Strategy (GES) team is seeking a results-oriented and inventive senior geotechnical engineer to lead front-end geotechnical engineering for new owned and leased site developments. This role will drive geotechnical engineering due diligence and design-ready geotechnical efforts for new and expanding regions, focusing on maintaining high performance standards, innovation, budget reduction, and efficiency increases. The position is within the Design Engineering team of the Data Center Engineering (DCE) organization, collaborating with Real Estate, Risk and Resiliency, Environmental, Pre-Construction, and other partner teams on global design strategy implementation. Responsibilities include assisting in data center site selection, reviewing due diligence reports, leading geotechnical investigations and preliminary engineering, and playing a key role in data center design delivery.
