Lactalis USA is seeking a Sr. Function Analyst, SAP SD to be based in Chicago, IL. This role will be responsible for the Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes within SAP platforms. The position involves solution design, process improvements, aligning solutions with business teams, validating solutions against business requirements, and confirming integration points between SAP modules and external systems. The analyst will collaborate with various IT and business stakeholders in Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT Integration teams to ensure alignment with company goals and values. Requirements

Strong hands-on SAP SD functional experience primarily in “order to cash” processes.
Strong ability to conduct business meetings to understand As-Is business processes, preparing the high level Design Documents Mapping Templates, Business requirement document, process flows and Solution Summaries.
Experience in creating Functional specifications to develop custom Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflow.
SD pricing controls as condition tables, types, access sequence and pricing procedures.
Prior experience in master data such as business partner, info records and condition type/records.
Exposure to revenue account determination types, dependencies, procedures, and access sequence.
Experience in account keys, GL assignment and revenue recognition for item categories.
Experience in delivery/transportation/shipment scheduling via WMS, EWM or third-party interfaces.
Experience in loading points, shipping points, route determination and optimization.
Functional experience in INTRA and INTER company Stock transfer orders.
Experience in billing plan types, dates, document types, sale categories and billing determination.
Process knowledge in tax determination, jurisdiction codes and classification in SAP and or Vistex.
Exposure to credit/risk management such as credit limit, credit groups within SAP and or FSCM.
2+ full cycle S/4 HANA green/brown implementations following global template approach with minor localizations.
Bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics / Operations Management.
3+ years Strong Functional Experience in Order to Cash, Supply Chain Execution area is required.
Hands-on Order-to-Cash process experience within SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA (application and configuration) for global project implementations.
Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash/SD is required.
Knowledge of SAP output types and IDOC types related to sales orders, order confirmations, shipments, invoices, purchase orders, etc. is required.
Knowledge of integration points and techniques between sales with other SAP components, such as finance and logistics, as well as 3rd party applications is required.
Knowledge of Order-To-Cash and Supply Chain Execution processes are required.
Knowledge of integration points with SAP modules such as Finance, Procurement, transportation planning are required.

Food industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Carry out responsibilities for the process areas Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain processes for SAP platforms.
Perform solution design and process improvements.

Prepare high-level Design Documents, Mapping Templates, Business Requirement Documents, process flows, and Solution Summaries.
Create Functional Specifications for custom Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
Manage enhancement requests intake for customized reports/processes/quote gathering and discussion with business partners and senior management.
Ensure sales business requirements across Order-to-Cash and related functions are translated into detailed functional specifications.
Configure and test system processes.
Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system-related issues.
