About The Position

Orion Innovation is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a fully hands-on engineering role, involving heavy coding to build a greenfield/early-stage platform. The engineer will work in a global distributed team across the US, India, and Eastern Europe. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetups possible but not mandatory. A critical differentiator for this role is a strong "AI story," meaning candidates should actively use AI in their development workflows, not just theoretically. This includes experience with tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude, concepts like Agents, RAG, prompts, and context handling, and a proven track record of building or integrating AI-driven features or working with agent frameworks/orchestration. The company is looking for engineers who embed AI into real development workflows, not pure "prompt engineers."

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals (non-negotiable).
Microsoft Stack: .NET / C# (backend).
Angular (frontend – full stack capability required).
Azure Cloud: Architecture, service selection, deployment.
Experience with microservices, APIs, messaging (Service Bus/queues).
DevOps & Deployment: GitHub, GitHub Actions.
Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI.
CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work end-to-end.
Strong "AI story".
Actively use AI in development (not theoretical): Tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
Understanding of concepts like Agents, RAG, prompts, context handling.
Experience building or integrating AI-driven features.
Experience working with agent frameworks / orchestration.
