Role Overview: Powering how global enterprises engage digitally, this role shapes the performance, scalability, and experience of Genesys’ corporate web platform, which supports millions of customer interactions and critical demand generation efforts. You will own the end to end delivery of modern web experiences, influencing architecture, performance, and platform evolution across a highly visible digital ecosystem. At Genesys, we are redefining customer experience through AI driven innovation and human centered design, and this role plays a critical part in delivering fast, secure, and intelligent digital journeys. You will partner closely with cross functional teams to drive platform modernization, elevate engineering standards, and enable scalable growth across global markets. This role offers strong visibility into enterprise initiatives, exposure to advanced technologies, and opportunities to expand influence across platform strategy and engineering leadership.
