About The Position

A2e Technologies is seeking a Sr. FPGA Design Engineer for a long-term contractor/perm position in Redmond. This role involves FPGA/Modem Design using Ultrascale+ & Versal, VHDL & SystemVerilog, high-speed Serdes, scripting, and communication interfaces.

Requirements

• 10+ Years experience in FPGA/Modem Design
• Experience with Ultrascale+ & Versal
• VHDL & SystemVerilog Design and Simulation skills
• High-speed Serdes experience
• Solid scripting skills (python, pearl, bash, tcl, …)
• Solid understanding of communication interfaces such as: Ethernet, Interlocken, PCIe, SPI, I2C, UART,etc

Nice To Haves

• Active Government Clearance
• Software Defined Radio/Modem Design background
• Some Petalinux Background
• Background in RF design
• Encryption experience
