Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in laboratory testing and packing within a manufacturing or chemistry lab setting.
- Strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed SOPs and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong sense of ownership for meeting deadlines and targets.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, and tweezers.
- Willingness to learn Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with chromatography software.
- Prior hands-on experience in a chemistry laboratory setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive testing and qualification of resin products using specialized laboratory instruments to meet customer requirements.
- Accurately record, report, and document test results in compliance with ISO 9001 and GMP standards.
- Complete complex production work-orders and ensure all processes meet rigorous quality and safety regulations.
- Analyze experimental data, draw conclusions, and prepare detailed technical reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment by following EH&S safety protocols and participating in safety improvement activities.
- Actively identify process improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions.
