Requirements

0–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehousing, distribution, or transportation environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
A strong work ethic and a competitive, career‑oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

Supervising associates during assigned shifts to ensure accurate and timely task completion
Monitoring productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the facility
Training, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance expectations
Addressing employee questions, concerns, and performance issues in real time
Coordinating the movement of inbound and outbound shipments
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Communicating with leadership and cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues
Completing daily reports related to labor, workflow, and production performance
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
