This position will work in a hybrid setting (in-office 2-3 days a week/per week) in our Dallas office. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Finance and Business Technology, ensuring EPM applications, reporting structures, and financial data support the company’s planning, forecasting, consolidation, close and management reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity across all EPM applications.
  • Serve as the primary developer of EPM reports working closely with Accounting, FP&A and technology teams to deliver accurate, timely and business-focused reporting solutions.
  • Serve as the finance functional administrator for Oracle EPM applications
  • Maintain dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, forms, security, business rules and reporting structures
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close, forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Monitor application performance and coordinate issue resolution with Business Technology and Oracle support teams
  • Maintain governance, controls, and documentation related to EPM applications and business processes
  • Design, develop, and maintain management and financial reports within Oracle EPM Reports and Smart View
  • Develop executive, management and operational reporting packages
  • Ensure financial reports accurately reflect approved financial statements, account structures, and business hierarchies
  • Validate report results and reconcile outputs to source financial data
  • Participate in system upgrades and support user acceptance testing
  • Provide training and ongoing support to EPM and Smart View users
