About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst role is designated to support the growth of our expanding business units providing strategic financial direction. This role will collaborate with senior leaders and their leadership teams to ensure all reporting and analytics are performed in an accurate and timely manner. The analyst will provide superior analytical and business support to the Global Service & Delivery business unit to ensure they are equipped with insight and analysis to support investments. Additionally, the role will identify opportunities to streamline data, automate data extraction, and develop new metrics. The analyst will design and develop reports/dashboards using data visualization tools and conduct data analysis to support business decision making. This role will also partner cross-functionally with Global Service & Delivery leadership, HR, Recruiting, and Finance teams to support workforce planning, expense management, and overall business performance.

Requirements

4+ years working for a large organization delivering data insights/business analysis.
Master’s degree with a concentration in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics or Statistics, or similar area is required.
Experience in business partnering and executive communication.
Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using self-service analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.) is required.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
Experience with scripting and data analysis languages, such as Python and R is a plus.
