Sr. Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and IT-savvy Financial Analyst to join our finance team. Requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Flexible to be available during high workload periods during the month.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI/Tableau or similar reporting tool.
- Basic Understanding of GAAP and financial statements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field.
Nice To Haves
- MBA or CPA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past financial data to identify trends and performance insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Work closely with the accounting department to understand current month entries
- Maintain semantic models across Powerbi, Excel and Anaplan
- Develop financial reports utilizing multiple datasets
- Leverage Enterprise ChatGPT and Co-pilot systems to create tools to uncover new insights and automate tasks
- Document business process flows and how they interact with our underlying information systems financial performance of products, projects, or business units.
- Populating and reviewing monthly executive level presentations
- Executing month end FP&A close activities
- Project Manage corporate finance processes around quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and long range planning activities
