About The Position

The NI/MOD Sr. financial analyst will be an integral member of New Installation and Modernization controlling team playing a key role in reporting, month end closing and planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling. Closing: Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial packages. Coordinate monthly financial closing in compliance with time requirements. Analyze results of the closing for accuracy. Point out areas of concern to NI and MOD controllers. Perform regular tasks for monthly closing and reporting, including variance analysis, rolling forecasting, and KPI reporting. Budgeting / Forecasting: Provide support for forecasts and budgets. Proactively analyze budgets & forecasts and business performance and review with appropriate parties Analysis: Recommend courses of action to help achieve financial goals of the company. Perform job cost & cost center analysis for all NI and MOD product lines highlighting opportunities and risks. Support in the preparation of adhoc analysis and special project requests. Projects / Productivity: Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and analysis capabilities and perform special projects to improve process efficiency. Other functions: Review/update labor rates for field cost centers. Support review and analysis of Major Projects (MPEX) for monthly review calls. Assist the implementation of Internal controls in compliance with operational norms. Provide support to internal and external auditors requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
  • Manufacturing or Industrial experience required.
  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Working knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules
