About The Position

Globe Life is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analysis at a senior level and partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and financial guidance. The role involves broad responsibilities on a small, fast-paced team and calls for strong analytical skills, executive-level communication, independent work, and a high sense of urgency. This is a hybrid position located in McKinney, Texas.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Senior-level experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), ideally in a corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with and interpret large, complex datasets.
Strong proficiency with Adaptive corporate planning or similar financial planning systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and engage senior- and executive-level audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High sense of urgency and flexibility to support business needs outside standard hours when required.
Reliable and predictable attendance of the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.
Develop and deliver quarterly financial guidance and reporting while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
Analyze and manipulate large financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Communicate financial insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
Use Adaptive corporate planning tools and other financial systems to support planning and reporting processes.
Independently manage ad hoc financial projects and analyses, driving work to completion with minimal direction.
Collaborate within a small team while managing multiple responsibilities.
