About The Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position manages the general Finance tasks of the Hikma’s CH Site. The responsibilities include controlling of Inventories, management reporting, managing CAPEX budgeting and spending, in addition to helping in controlling of Operating Expenses and product costing

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
2+ years of finance / Accounting experience.
Strong quantitative analytical skills and experience in utilizing data to influence decision making.
Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written.
Outstanding financial modeling and critical thinking skills.
Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
Ability to build relationships at all levels to manage the departmental relationship with numerous stakeholders.
Strong experience both in working effectively within a matrixed environment and building alignment in a cross functional environment.
Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Presentation skills.
Knowledge in ERP systems: SAP, ASCtrac preferred

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Ensuring Financial reporting accuracy of Inventories while analyzing the balances and ensuring the company inventory reserves are adequate per company policy.
Capital Expenses: Preparing the CAPEX Budget while continuously managing the spending per project.
Business Partnering & Management Reporting: Preparing management reports and presentations, including monthly and ad hoc reports
Financial Planning & Analysis: Helping in the Budgeting, forecasting and business planning exercises for all Operational Expenses
Product Costing: providing support in the product costing exercise
Audit support: supporting the external/internal audit requests
Ad Hoc Projects: As needed work on one-off projects
